Portable media player adopts Microsoft PlayFX

Shenzhen Shenchuang Electronics Co. Ltd has released model M39, a portable media player that uses Microsoft PlayFX technology to enhance sound quality. The unit features a 3.5in WQVGA touchscreen TFT with 320x240 resolution and a 1,300mAH Li-polymer battery.

The unit supports RMVB, RM, AVI, FLV, MPEG, WMV, DAT and VOB video formats; MP3, WMA, WAV, APE, FLAC, AAC audio files; and JPEG, BMP and GIF images. Image zoom in/out, rotation, and formatting are supported.

The PMP has a built-in G-sensor and two built-in stereo speakers. A flash memory with up to 16GB capacity is integrated. DVB-T TV, FM transmitter, lock and calendar functions are optional.

Price is $56 apiece for a minimum order of 1,000 units. Delivery takes 21 days.
